Mumbai: Looks like all the ‘wrong numbers’ have joined
hands against Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan following his statement over
rising level of intolerance in India.
Aamir Khan in an interview on Monday said his wife
Kiran had even advised leaving India in view of growing bigotry there.
Today, a group of protesters showed up in front of
Aamir Khan’s house in Mumbai. They chanted slogans against the actor of PK and
set his posters to fire.
A petition has also been filed in a court in New Delhi.
Today’s Bollywood hero, Ranbir Kapoor, however, said
that Aami Khan values India deep from his heart.
Senior actor Naseeruddin Shah said Aamir Khan should
not have passed such remarks. He said Aamir Khan never had to face a
discriminatory treatment in India.
