Trade among Muslim countries to increase by calls Nawaz Sharif






ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday said that Pakistan is ready to extend every possible support for the collective benefit of the Muslim World.


During a meeting with the secretary general of Muslim World League Abdullah bin Abdul Mohsin Alturki at PM House, "Muslim world can actively cooperate in the field of trade and commerce" said premier. Abdullah valued the prime minister's thoughts and revelation for cooperation among Muslim countries.

Nawaz was of the view that the Muslim leadership shall come forward to explore such opportunities to increase trade among them and work together for collective benefit. He also appreciated the Muslim World League's (MWL) efforts for the welfare of Islamic nations.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the leading sponsor member of the Muslim countries funding the (MWL).
 
Crown Prince Faisal Bin Abdul-Aziz was seen as the founding symbol of the association.
