LAHORE: Pakistan and India road
link restored as Lahore-Delhi ‘Dosti Bus Service’ continued its operations
today (Wednesday).
Dosti Bus Service
and Samjhota Express both were postponed on the request of India in the stir of
fatal caste fierceness in Haryana that exterminated at least 16 people and wounded
more than 150 others.
Today, Dosti Bus
Service is facilitating 21 passengers, going to India through Wahga border.
Informers said, the
Dosti Bus Service has been reinstated after authorization from Indian
authorities. The service remained postponed for two days.
They added that
Samjhota Express will continue its operations from tomorrow (Thursday).
Pakistan and Indian
establishments had protracted the visas of the passengers traveling through the
Lahore-Delhi Dosti Bus Service and Samjhota Express on both sides of the border
following caste violence in Haryana.
