KARACHI
– A local Karachi court Friday ordered police to release FixIt
campaigner Alamgir Khan and his driver, Saifullah, on bail against the surety
bonds of Rs5,000 each.
The police official presented Alamgir Khan and Saifullah before
judicial magistrate south and informed the magistrate that he had obstructed
in government’s affairs. Meanwhile the Alamgir’s lawyer claimed that crime
was bail able and court should grant bail to his clients.
The magistrate accepted the appeal and granted bails to two
accused against two surety bonds of Rs 5000.
