Army
chief General Raheel Sharif promised on Friday that security forces are ready
to pay any price to turn the long valued dream of China-Pakistan Economic
Corridor (CPEC) into reality.
“We
are totally aware of all operations against the corridor and I promise that the
security forces are ready to pay any price to turn this long valued dream into
reality,” the army chief said, according to a statement released by the
military’s media wing, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
