ISLAMABAD:
Intelligence agencies have detained 13 more RAW spies on the foundation of
information gathered from the arrested RAW agent Kulbhushan Yadav during primary
inquiries.
According to
sources, the intelligence agencies detained these RAW spies during search
operations directed in Sindh, Punjab, Karachi, Quetta and Fata. The arrested
RAW agents were moved to unidentified places for interrogation. Sources said
the financers and supporters of these spies would also be detained.
The information gathered
from Yadav has been sent to the federal government for necessary action. The
federal government has started an emergency operation in order to break the
network of the detained RAW agent.
According to
sources, it was revealed during investigations that the network of these agents
was very strong and extended to London, Geneva and the areas of Taftan and
Chabahar in Iran.
The sources further
told that this network had wide network across Pakistan and the government will
use all its resources to trace them. News Desk adds: Indian Defence
Minister Manohar Parrikar Monday said the External Affairs Ministry (EAAM) had
been asked to extend all possible help to former Navy official and RAW agent
Kulbhushan Yadav, NDTV reported.
