LAHORE – Shahbaz Taseer, the
kidnapped son of Former Punjab Governor Salman Taseer will reach home on
Wednesday (today) nearly after a gap of five years in kidnapping.
Shahbaz Taseer will be moved
from Quetta to Lahore via special flight. According to the Inter-Services
Public Relations (ISPR) established that law enforcement agencies began an
intelligence based targeted action on a hotel in Kuchlaq area on Tuesday late
evening and recovered Shahbaz Taseer.
“He is now in safe hands,
good health and condition and arrangements are being made to send him to his
home in Lahore,” the official said. Shahbaz Taseer’s release came just over a
week after his father’s killer was hanged.
