Reliance Jio will
provide free WiFi facilities at six cricket stadiums during the upcoming T20
World Cup matches.
"Reliance Jio
will install WiFi network at six stadiums that will be courtesy for audience
and provide unlimited access," a RJIL representative told reporters while
launching the services at Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium here.
The company's WiFi
network Jio Net will be available in Eden Garden at Kolkata, Wankhede Stadium
(Mumbai), IS Bindra Stadium (Mohali), HPCA stadium (Dharamshala), Chinnaswamy
Stadium (Bengaluru) and Feroz Shah Kotla (Delhi).
Jio Net will
support 68,000 connections at Eden Garden, 41,000 at Feroz Shah Kotla, 33,000
at Wankhede, 26,000 at Mohali, 35,000 at Chinnaswamy Stadium and 23,000 at
Dharamshala Stadium.
